Workflow

The View Workflow Icon View Workflow tool is used to view all files currently awaiting Approval for publication from your draft site to your live site

View Workflow options:

APPROVE ALL - click the green APPROVE ALL button to publish all the files listed to your live site
EDIT SETTINGS - click the green EDIT SETTINGS button to edit the Approval Stages for Multi-level Editing
View file - click the file name under the Page heading to view the file awaiting Approval
Inline Editing Toolbar - click an icon from the Inline Editing Toolbar to edit the file awaiting approval
