Versions

The Versions Icon Veriosns tool is used to review all the versions of a file that have been previously published to your OpenEdit Website.

Version options

  1. CLOSE - click the green CLOSE button to close the Versions window
  2. DELETE ALL - to delete all old versions of this file, click the green DELETE ALL button
  3. Show Revision - click a Version Number to open the Show Revision window

Show Revision options

  1. **USE THIS REVISION - to apporve the selected revision, click the green USE THIS REVISION button
  2. CANCEL - to delete all old versions of this file, click the green DELETE ALL button

** note - USE THIS REVISION will approve the selected version to your live site. To achieve this, OpenEdit will create a new version of this file which will appear at the top of the version list. When you click USE THIS REVISION you will not delete any previous versions from the list.
